Gujarat Peanut And Agri Products Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026 to consider, apart from other agenda items, and to approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Half year and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026. We will intimate to the Exchange about the outcome of the Meeting immediately after Conclusion of the Meeting.
