LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026.Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading window.
