GTT Gaztransport : receives an order from HD KSOE for the tank design of two new LNG Carriers

Paris, 27 May 2026 - GTT announces that it has received, in the second quarter of 2026, an order from HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (HD KSOE [1] ) for the tank design of two new Liquefied Natural Gas Carriers (LNGCs), on behalf of Sonangol, the ship-owner. The LNGCs will be built by the shipyard HD Hyundai Samho, each with a capacity of 174,000 m³. The cryogenic tanks of the vessels will be equipped with the Mark III Flex membrane containment system developed by GTT. Delivery of the vessels is scheduled by the third quarter of 2029.
