The trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company from 01-07-2025 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 for which the Board Meeting will be held on or before 14th Aug, 2025 or any extended date if any.,
