GSB Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/06/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Board meeting date mentioned as 12th May, 2025 instead of 12th June, 2025 for constitution of Risk Management Committee.
