Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, the 01st day of October, 2025 and shall be re-opened 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ending on 30th September, 2025, shall be considered.
