Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, the 01st day of April, 2025 and shall be re-opened 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2025, shall be considered.
