Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 01st January, 2026 and shall be re-opened after 48 hours from the conclusion of Board Meeting in which Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ending on 31st December, 2025, shall be considered.
