Trading Window shall remain closed from Wednesday, the 01st day of January, 2025 and shall be re-opened 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ending on 31st December, 2024, shall be considered.
