GS Auto International Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/04/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In reference to our earlier letter dated March 30, 2026, wherein the Board had approved the raising of funds through the issuance of equity shares by way of a Rights Issue ("the Issue"), we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 07, 2026, inter alia, to consider, discuss and decide various matters including but not limited to the specific terms of the Rights Issue, such as the determination of the Rights Issue price and related payment mechanism, rights entitlement ratio, the record date and timing of the Rights Issue and other related matters, subject to the receipt of in-principle approval from the stock exchanges where the securities of the Company are listed.
