Rotoplas completes voluntary early amortization of AGUA 17-2

Grupo Rotoplas S.A.B. de C.V. ("Rotoplas" or "the Company") (BMV: AGUA*), a leading provider of water solutions in the Americas, today announced the completion of the total voluntary early amortization of its senior notes identified under the ticker AGUA 17-2X (the "Certificates"), originally scheduled to mature in June 2027, using the proceeds from the simple term loan executed with Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, S.N.C. ("Bancomext"), the formalization of which was timely disclosed to the market.

The interest rate under the term loan has been set with Bancomext at compounded 28-day TIIE-F plus 195 basis points.

This transaction underscores Rotoplas' financial discipline and commitment to proactive balance sheet management. By completing the voluntary early amortization of the Certificates in Mexican pesos at a competitive rate, the Company extends its maturity profile, reduces leverage, and strengthens its capital structure - positioning the balance sheet with greater flexibility to support its long-term growth strategy.
