("Bancomext"), the formalization of which was timely disclosed to the market. The interest rate under the term loan has been set with Bancomext at compounded 28-day TIIE-F plus 195 basis points. This transaction underscores Rotoplas' financial discipline and commitment to proactive balance sheet management.
