Brazilian power company Axia Energia BMFBOVESPA:AXIA3 has agreed to sell its 49% minority stakes in four electricity transmission special purpose entities to GEBBRAS, an affiliate of Colombia's Grupo Energia Bogota BVC:GEB, it said on Monday.Axia will receive 451.5 million reais ($91.07 million) for the assets.The four entities - Goias Transmissao, MGE, TSP and TER - hold about 1,086 km (675 miles) of transmission lines across six Brazilian states.Grupo Energia Bogota already holds 51% stakes in the SPEs.Concession terms for the four projects run between 2039 and 2040.Estimated 2027 net revenue 218 million reais; estimated core earnings 176 million reais.SPEs carried combined net debt of 414 reais million as of 2025.Deal aligns with Axia's strategic plan to optimize minority stakes and simplify its corporate structure, it said.($1 = 4.9579 reais)
