Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (the Company), in relation to the current report K 50/2016 of 30 November 2016, informs that today, 16 December 2016, the Company received the decision of the District Court in Bydgoszcz, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, on an entry in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register on 8 December 2016, approving the change in the Articles of Association of the Company.
