Mr Blackwood, 48, was until recently Group Treasurer of Imperial Chemical Industries PLC (ICI) having previously held a number of senior finance roles during a long career at ICI. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Commenting on the appointment, Anthony Richmond-Watson, Chairman, said: 'We are delighted that David will be joining Yule Catto. His strong financial and corporate finance track record, together with his chemical industry background, makes him ideally suited to the role of Group Finance Director.'
