Subject court sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement in relation to the Acquisition of Bakkavor Group (UK, constituent) by Greencore Group (UK, constituent), with terms which compromise cash, stock and a contingent value right, please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below: Bakkavor Group (UK, BF8J3Z9) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 index. Saga (UK, BMX64W8) will be added to the FTSE 250 index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap index. Greencore Group (UK, 0386410) will remain in the FTSE 250 index.
