30 April 2026 | 23:40h CET
Green Earth Group N.V. ("Green Earth" or "the Group") (Euronext: EARTH, NL0009169515), a leading end-to-end project developer of nature-based solutions, announces the publication of its audited Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Green Earth also convenes its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders on 23 June 2026.In the prior year, the auditor issued a disclaimer of opinion, as it represented the Group's first PIE audit in several years. For 2025, this has progressed to a qualified opinion, relating solely to comparative figures from prior periods and not affecting the 2025 financial year. The audited Annual Report reflects Green Earth's continued development as an end-to-end project developer of nature-based solutions, including afforestation, reforestation, and clean cooking initiatives, generating verified carbon credits for corporate and governmental buyers. The Annual Report is available at: https://www.green.earth/financial-reports.
This publication follows recent announcements, including the Group's strongest quarter to date in Q1 2026, securing €2.5 million in new contracts, and the signing of a significant long-term offtake agreement valued between €30 million and €45 million, Together, these developments underscore a clear acceleration in commercial traction following the 2025 financial year.
Annual General MeetingFollowing the publication of the Annual Report, the Board of Directors convenes the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders on 23 June 2026 at 14:00h CET. Key agenda topics for the upcoming AGM include the adoption of the 2025 audited annual accounts, voting on discharging the Executive Board of their 2025 duties, and presenting the outlook on the carbon credit market and Green Earth's strategy.

Green Earth publiceert gecontroleerd jaarverslag 2025 en roept AVA bijeen30 April 2026 | 23:40h CET
Green Earth Group N.V.
