About this update from Graphisoft Park Se
Extraordinary Announcement on the appointment of Graphisoft Park SE's new CEO Graphisoft Park SE informs its shareholders that, based on the decision of the Board of Directors, upon the retirement of the current CEO Kocsány János, Bognár Tünde will be appointed as the new CEO of Graphisoft Park SE effective July 1, 2025. Bognár Tünde has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of real estate management. She has worked mainly for international companies, her responsibilities included managing the operation and investment strategy of several office and retail buildings in Budapest and other European cities. In Budapest, she was responsible for the operational management of prominent properties such as Andrássy Palace, Liget Center, Allee Corner Office Building, and the Allee Shopping Center. In recent years, she has gained valuable experience in the portfolio management team of a pan-European real estate fund of CBRE Investment Management, including the latest office market and sustainability trends. She has a degree in finance and has been a member of the international professional organization RICS since 2017. We are confident that her national and extensive international professional experience and leadership skills will contribute to the continued successful operation and development of Graphisoft Park. Under Kocsány János's 30-year leadership, Graphisoft Park has grown from a small-scale division of its predecessor software company into a consistently profitable and successful company listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange. It is now home to more than 100 domestic and international small and large companies, primarily engaged in research and development activities. Meanwhile, the greenest office park in Budapest was built on the site of the decaying ruins of the former Óbuda Gas Works, attracting international giants such as Microsoft, SAP and Servier. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Kocsány János for his three decades of tireless work and commitment. As a member of the Board of Directors, Kocsány János will continue to support the work of the new CEO and the further development of the Park. Budapest, May 13, 2025 Graphisoft Park SE
