Macfarlane Group PLC 10 May 2001 Macfarlane Group PLC Grant of Share Options Macfarlane Group PLC ('Macfarlane') On 9 May 2001 pursuant to the Macfarlane Group PLC Savings-Related Share Option Scheme 2000, options were granted over a total of 2,033,959 Macfarlane shares of 25p each to 617 employees of Macfarlane.
