Jan. 28, 2011 (Filing Services Canada) -- American Vanadium Corp. (AVC - TSX Venture), announces that on December 13, 2010, it granted a total of 50,000 options at the exercise price of $1.00 each to Kelly Boatright of Windward Global. The stock options are granted pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, as amended and are for a term of five years from the date of grant.
In a previous news release dated June 10, 2010, the Company announced that it had retained the services of Windward Global ("Windward") of Charlotte, North Carolina. Windward, founded by its principal, Kelly Boatright, provides assistance with the Company's investor relations and public relations efforts.
