Grant of Options
The Board of Webis Holdings Plc, the global on-line gaming group, is pleased to
announce that on 7 November 2007, the Remuneration Committee granted options to
Damon Waddington, Finance Director, over a total of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of
1p each under the betinternet.com 2005 Share Option Plan.
The options have an exercise price of 4.775p per ordinary share, exerciseable
between 7 November 2010 and 7 November 2017.
In addition to these options, Damon Waddington also holds 18,290 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the share capital of the Company.
