MediaZest Plc (the 'Company')
Grant of Options
The Board of the Company announces that on 22nd June 2006, it granted the
following options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company to certain
Directors as follows:

Sean Reel 266,667 15p 3 years
Christopher Theis 233,333 15p 3 years
Lance O'Neill 66,667 15p 3 years
Geoffrey Robertson 133,333 15p 3 years
In addition, a further 533,333 new options have been granted to employees of the
Company on the same terms.
Following the above grants, a total of 1,233,333 options have been granted,
representing approximately 5.4% of the Company's present issued ordinary share
capital.
The current issued share capital of the Company is 22,825,327 shares with a
nominal value of 10 pence each.
