  19 December 2023 Likewise Group plc ("Likewise", the "Company" or the "Group") Grant of Options Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE), the fast growing and progressive UK floor coverings distributor announces it has granted options over 700,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") to six employees of the Group under the rules of the Group's existing company share option plan ("CSOP"). None of the awards have been granted to PDMRs or senior management of the Group. The CSOP options have an exercise price of 18 pence per Ordinary Share and are exercisable 4 years after grant.
