NIOX Group plc announced the grant of options to Executive Directors over 1,563,605 new ordinary shares under its 2026 Performance Share Plan. NIOX Group plc (the "Company") Grant of options Oxford, UK - 9 April 2026: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) announces that it has today granted options to certain Executive Directors (the "Options") over a total of 1,563,605 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's 2026 Performance Share Plan (the "Plan").
