Ceres Power Holdings plc (the 'Company')
On 21 March 2006 the Remuneration Committee of the Company approved the grant of
options to subscribe for 500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of
281.5p. These options will become exercisable over three years from the date of
grant, in equal tranches at six monthly intervals, and were allocated to the
following executive directors of the Company:
Philip Holbeche (Chairman) 150,000 options
Peter Bance (CEO) 200,000 options
Andrew Baker (Operations Director) 150,000 options
