We wish to inform you that the Registrar of Companies , Mumbai, has, by its approval dated 24 August, 2026, granted to the company an extension of time by a period of One month and 15 days, up to 06 October, 2026 for holding the 05th Annual General Meeting of the company in respect of the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 under the second prociso to Section 96(1) of the Companies act, 2013.
