21 April 2026 Cirata plc ("Cirata" or the "Company") Grant of Awards & PDMR Dealing Cirata (LSE: CRTA) announces that on 20 April 2026, a grant of awards was made to Stephen Kelly (CEO), Paul Scott Murphy (CTO) and Dominic Arcari (CRO) under the Company's Share Options Plan (as amended and restated) (together, the "Awards"). The Company's Remuneration Committee has approved the Awards in relation to the Company wide FY25 bonus and regards long term incentives as an important part of the remuneration of members of the leadership team to align them with shareholder interests. The Awards are set out in further detail below. The exercise price of the Awards is 16.9p (equal to the 60-day volume weighted average price to 14 April 2026) and carry no performance conditions.
