Goodyear India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 and audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026 and recommend a dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company.
