15 th October 2019 GOODWIN PLC ('the Company') ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SHARES AND DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS The Company announces the share options awarded under the Goodwin PLC Equity Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') voted on at the Annual General Meeting on the 5 th October 2016 have partially been exercised , following achievement of the performance criteria as outlined on page 28 of the Company's Directors Report and Accounts 2019. The exercise price is £0.10 pence per share, being the nominal value of the Company's ordinary shares ('Shares'). The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Total Voting Rights Following Admission, the Company will have 7,363,200 ordinary shares in issue.
