Appointment of Mr. Shaibal Dutt, currently serving as General Manager, Operations, as the Managing Director & CEO of the Company w.e.f. 6th September, 2025, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened prior to the effective date of his appointment.
