The approval of Agnico Eagle as a Control Person was done in connection with Goldsky Resources' proposed acquisition of Agnico Eagle Sweden AB's ("Agnico Sweden"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Agnico Eagle, 55% interest in the Barsele Gold Project ("Barsele") in Sweden (the "Transaction"), resulting in Goldsky Resources consolidating 100% ownership of Barsele.
