(TSXV: GSKR) (FNSE: GSKR SDB) (OTCQX: GSKRF) (FRA: HEG0) ("Goldsky Resources" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that disinterested shareholders of the Company have overwhelmingly approved the creation of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited ("Agnico Eagle") as a Control Person (as such term is defined by the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) of the Company at the Company's special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held earlier today. The approval of Agnico Eagle as a Control Person was done in connection with Goldsky Resources' proposed acquisition of Agnico Eagle Sweden AB's ("Agnico Sweden"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Agnico Eagle, 55% interest in the Barsele Gold Project ("Barsele") in Sweden (the "Transaction"), resulting in Goldsky Resources consolidating 100% ownership of Barsele.
