Goldman Sachs Bank has acquired Rs 210 crore worth shares in Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent firm of stockbroker Groww, from Friale Fund via open market transactions on June 4.Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, the subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Bank USA, has bought 1.13 crore equity shares (0.18 percent stake) in Billionbrains Garage Ventures, amounting to Rs 210.4 crore.Friale Fund IV LLC was the seller in Groww block deal. The transaction price was Rs 185.5 per share.Billionbrains Garage Ventures shares rose 0.67 percent to Rs 190.16 on the National Stock Exchange. The stock has been in a consolidation phase since May 13, trading in a Rs 183-193 range with below average volumes.Meanwhile, the brisk action was also seen in Go Digit General Insurance which shares advanced 0.12 percent to Rs 302.8 with above-average volumes on the National Stock Exchange.Aditya Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund has bought 21.66 lakh shares of Go Digit General Insurance for Rs 65 crore, and JPMorgan (Taiwan) Eastern Technology Fund purchased 11.66 lakh shares for Rs 35 crore. Peak XV Partners Growth Investments III was the seller in this block deal, offloading 33.33 lakh shares (0.36 percent stake) for Rs 100 crore.A 0.36 percent stake was exchanged at a price of Rs 300 per share.Kedaara Capital Public Markets Fund I has bought additional 2 lakh shares (0.11 percent) in Inventurus Knowledge Solutions from Scott Hayworth for Rs 33.09 crore at Rs 1,654.9 per share on Thursday. In previous session, both have exchanged 1.55 lakh shares of Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, the healthcare solutions provider.OHM Investment Corporation has bought 3.14 lakh shares (0.51 percent stake) in Panacea Biotec for Rs 15.52 crore at Rs 493.07 per share. The stock was locked in 20 percent upper circuit at Rs 520.30, witnessing a strong breakout after more than a year of consolidation.
