The Board of Directors Meeting of Fraser Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited ("Company") as the REIT manager of Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("GVREIT"), held on August 15, 2022, had passed resolutions of interim distributed payment at the rate of Baht 0.2010 per unit trust which will be paid from the operating period of April 1, 2022 - June 30, 2022. The distributed payment date will be on September 14, 2022. The book closing date for distributed entitlement is August 30, 2022
