Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 31st August, 2026 approved the following:1. Alteration of the Main Objects Clause III(A) of the Memorandum of Association by inserting a new Main Object No. 4 relating to nutraceuticals, natural extracts and food ingredients, subject to approval of Members by Special Resolution at the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting.2. Revised Notice of the 38th Annual General Meeting to be held on 25th September, 2026.
