The Company once again posted double-digit revenue growth (+22% vs. 2Q25).Roberto Arámburo, CEO of Globcash, said: “In an environment of high volatility in the financial markets, and significant challenges for the consumer sector, we are proud to report that our strategy of prioritizing the pawn business continues to deliver excellent results. For the third consecutive quarter, pawn revenue rose more than 20% year-over-year, allowing consolidated revenue to reach a new record. On the other hand, consolidated EBITDA for the quarter decreased marginally, reflecting a lower contribution from the precious metals business; as we have previously mentioned, we will not seek to speculate on the price of gold. Despite this, net income remained at a level close to the record set in 1Q26. Notwithstanding the temporary impact of gold price volatility on margins during the quarter, we believe the company’s underlying fundamentals remain exceptionally strong. Robust revenue growth driven by continued branch expansion across Latin America and the US, increasing demand for gold-backed lending, and higher net earnings underscore the company’s successful execution and scalable business model.
