This is to inform you that the material subsidiary of the Company, GSV Ophthalmics Private Limited in its Board Meeting held on December 30, 2024 and Extra Ordinary General Meeting with shorter notice held today, January 02, 2025 has approved to grant an unsecured loan of upto Rs. 5.00 Crores ( Rupees Five Crores Only) in tranches to GKB Ophthalmics Limited for the purpose of working capital requirements and general business purpose of the Company.The Board meeting of GKB Ophthalmics Limited for consideration and approval of loan sanctioned by the Subsidiary Company, GSV Ophthalmics Private Limited will be held on Friday, January 03, 2025.Kindly take the information on record.
