VANCOUVER, Aug. 17 /CNW/ - Gitennes Exploration Inc. (TSX-GIT) advises that it intends to submit an application to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange. In conjunction with this the Company has requested for the common shares of the company be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) at the close of business September 16, 2009.
It is the Company's view that a listing on the TSX Venture is appropriate at this stage of the Company's development.
