Dunelm Group plc ("Dunelm" or the "Company")
Dunelm has been notified that Mr Will Adderley, Chief Executive, yesterday transferred 140,000 ordinary shares (the "Shares") of 1p each to a family private charitable trust (the "Trust"), of which Will and Nadine Adderley are trustees, for nil consideration.
In light of his status as a trustee, Mr Adderley is deemed to retain a legal interest in the Shares, as an indirect holding.
Following this transfer, Mr Adderley retains a beneficial interest in 69,860,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 34.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
