George T. Hawes has acquired ownership of a total of 500,000 common shares (the?Shares?) of Rocky Mountain Resources Corp. pursuant to the exercise of share purchase warrants at the price of $0.40 per share

Sep. 27, 2010 (Filing Services Canada) -- Rocky Mountain Resources Corp. (RKY - TSX Venture), has acquired ownership of a total of 500,000 common shares (the "Shares") of Rocky Mountain Resources Corp. ("Rocky Mountain") (TSX-V: RKY) pursuant to the exercise of share purchase warrants at the price of $0.40 per share.  

After giving effect to the exercise of warrants, Hawes has beneficial ownership, direction or control over an aggregate of 3,088,500 common shares of Rocky Mountain, representing approximately 16.09% of the current issued and outstanding shares of Rocky Mountain.

Hawes acquired the Shares for investment purposes and may, in the future, acquire ownership of, or control or direction over, additional securities of Rocky Mountain, but has no present intention to do so.
