For the current fiscal year, the Company's unconsolidated net sales increased from the previous fiscal year due to increase in commissions from subsidiaries received by the Company. On the other hand, the Company's unconsolidated ordinary profit decreased from the previous fiscal year due to provision for allowance for doubtful accounts to subsidiaries. Profit increased from the previous fiscal year from accounting extraordinary profit (gain on extinguishment of tie-in shares) due to reorganization of subsidiaries conducted during the current fiscal year.
