Lisbon / Paris / Zurich - The board of Gentlemen's Equity S.A., invites Shareholders to the next Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2020 at 3 p.m. at the Altis Grand Hotel, Rua Castilho 11, 1269-072 Lisboa, Portugal. The agenda includes among other things to increase the nominal capital by EUR 500,000 with the aim of bringing up to EUR 5.0 million in fresh capital into the company.
