ANNOUNCEMENT ON STRIKING OFF OF INDIRECT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY
The Board of Directors of Genting Singapore PLC (the "Company") wishes to announce that Genting3 Limited (formerly known as Maxims Casinos Limited), the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in the United Kingdom, has applied to be struck off from the Register of Companies ("Transaction") on 17 April 2014.
Financial Effects
The Transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending
31 December 2014.
Directors' and Controlling Shareholders' Interests
None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above Transaction other than through their respective shareholdings in the Company.
