Genova redeems capital securities

Genova Property Group AB (publ) ("Genova") will redeem its subordinated perpetual green capital securities with ISIN SE0015245519 (the "Capital Securities"). The nominal amount not held by Genova currently amounts to SEK 195 million . The Capital Securities will be redeemed early at an amount equal to 100.00 per cent of the nominal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest. The record date for the redemption is 26 February 2026 and the redemption date for the redemption is 5 March 2026 . In connection with the redemption, the Capital Securities will be delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm .
