Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to provide hereunder the proceedings of 40th AGM of the Company held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 through Video Conferencing / other audio visual means. The meeting was held in compliance to the General Circular No. 09/2024 of September 19, 2024 issued by MCA and Circular No. 2024/133 dated October 03, 2024 issued by SEBI, companies are allowed to hold AGM through VC / OAVM without the physical presence of the members at a common venue till September 30, 2025 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder.The meeting commenced at 12.30 Hrs and concluded at 13.11 Hrs.
