CALGARY, Feb. 5 /CNW/ - Genesis Land Development Corp. ("Genesis" or "the Company") (TSX: GDC) announces the resignation of Mr. Arthur Wong as an officer of Genesis to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Wong has been managing the Equity Investment division of Genesis for approximately two years and will continue to do so until April 30, 2008, the anticipated date of completion of the current Limited Partnership offering. Mr. Wong will continue to serve on the Genesis Board of Directors.
