General Dynamics announced today that Greg Gallopoulos, senior vice president and general counsel, will retire from that role on December 31.
"Greg has served with excellence for more than 15 years and has been a critical part of our leadership team throughout that time," remarked Phebe Novakovic, chair and CEO. "He will be profoundly missed."
Nick Barnaby, currently vice president and deputy general counsel, will be promoted to senior vice president and general counsel effective January 1, 2027.
"Nick has excelled as deputy general counsel and has garnered respect across the company," noted Novakovic. "He is a strong leader with a first-rate legal mind and will make an outstanding general counsel."
