UPCOMING RETIREMENT OF INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS DUE TO TERM LIMITS
The Board of Directors ("Board") of AEM Holdings Ltd. (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") would like to announce that Mr. Chan Basil ("Basil") and Mr. Chan Pengee, Adrian ("Adrian"), who have both served the Group for more than 9 years, have given indication of their intention to step down as independent directors at the end of 2021 for board renewal purposes.
The Company is in the process of re-constituting its Board committees and will be making the necessary announcements in due course.
