RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Blumont Group Ltd. (the "Company") would like to announce the resignation of Ms. Nor Hafiza Binte Alwi as Company Secretary with effect from 1 July 2021 and the appointment of Ms. Shirley Lim Guat Hua as Company Secretary with effect from 1 July 2021.
The Board also wishes to record their appreciation to Ms. Nor Hafiza Binte Alwi for her services and contributions to the Company during her term in office.
