The Board of Directors ('Board') of Bund Center Investment Ltd ('BCI' or the 'Company', and together with its subsidiaries, the 'Group') wishes to inform that in line with recent amendments to Rule 705 of the listing manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, effective 7 February 2020, the Company is not required to make mandatory quarterly announcements of its financial results for the financial year 31 December ('FY'). Accordingly, the next financial results announcement of the Company will be in respect of the first half of FY2020 and announced no later than 45 days after the end of the financial period, ie, no later than 14 August 2020.
The Company is committed to providing shareholders with adequate, timely and sufficient information pertaining to the Group's business which could be trade-sensitive or have a material impact on the Company's share price or value.
