RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR AND
NOMINATION OF PROPOSED DIRECTOR FOR ELECTION
The Board of Directors of Sunright Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that:

Retirement of Mr Timothy Brooks Smith ("Mr Smith")
In compliance with Rule 210(5)(d)(iv) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd which limits the tenure of independent director to nine years, Mr Smith has indicated that he will retire as Independent Non- Executive Director of the Company and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee as well as member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Nominating Committee at the conclusion of the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company.
The Board has accepted his decision, and expresses its thanks to Mr Smith for his wise counsel and invaluable services to the Company. - Nomination of Dr. Babak Alizadeh Taheri ("Dr. Babak") as Independent Non- Executive Director
The Nominating Committee, having considered Dr. Babak's qualifications, expertise, vast experience and knowledge in the semiconductor industry and other qualities, has recommended that he be nominated to stand for election at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company as Independent Non- Executive Director of the Company.
The Board has reviewed and approved the Nominating Committee's recommendation.
