In alignment with the Company's governance requirements and long-term succession planning, these changes aim to further refine the professional management and efficiency driving the Company's sustainable and healthy growth.
Eric Li (Li Shufu) has resigned from his role as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited with effect August 18, 2026. In recognition of his exceptional leadership and decades of contribution to the Company's development, he has been appointed Honorary Chairman for Life of the company. As the substantial and controlling shareholder, Mr. Li will continue to provide full strategic support for the Company's long-term development. He remains Chairman of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (ZGH), and this announcement does not affect any of his other positions across the ZGH ecosystem.
Andy An (An Cong Hui) has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited. With his extensive industry experience and deep insight into the Company's operations and strategy, Mr. An will focus on enhancing strategic synergy, strengthening collaboration with the controlling shareholder, and contributing to the Company's sustainable development.
Further leadership adjustments include: Daniel (Dong Hui) Li has resigned from his role as Vice Chairman of the Board while continuing to serve as an Executive Director.
Gui Sheng Yue has ceased to act as CEO and has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Board. He remains an Executive Director, focusing on enhancing communication and coordination between the Board and the management team.
Jerry Gan (Gan Jia Yue) has been appointed CEO of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited. Leveraging his profound management expertise and industry expertise, Mr. Gan will be responsible for the Company's daily operations and the execution of its long-term strategic objectives.
